Things people often ask
How long does a quartz battery service usually take?
Most quartz battery replacements are completed the same day. If the watch also needs a new gasket or a more detailed inspection, we will let you know the expected time when you bring it in.
Do I need to leave my watch, or can I wait?
For a simple battery change, many customers choose to wait. For more involved work — such as a vintage restoration — the watch stays with us, and we agree a collection date together before you leave.
Will you alter my vintage watch's original appearance?
We are careful about this. Our preference is always to preserve what is already there. If any change is proposed, we discuss it with you in detail and only proceed with your approval.
What crystal materials do you work with?
We source and fit mineral glass, sapphire crystal, and acrylic crystals, depending on the watch and what is appropriate. Where the original type is known, we aim to match it.
How much will a repair cost?
Our published prices are starting points. Quartz battery service from ฿1,800, crystal replacement from ฿3,500, vintage restoration from ฿5,750. The exact cost is agreed before work begins — we do not charge for the initial assessment.
Is my watch insured while it is with you?
We take great care with every piece entrusted to us. If you have questions about this, please raise them when you visit — we are happy to discuss the matter in detail.
